Dr Athanasia Papathanasiou: General Medicine

Dr. Athanasia Papathanasiou is a general practitioner (family doctor), FMH member specialized in general medicine with more than 25 years experience in the field of general medicine and in adolescent medicine. Her training and work experience include positions at various hospitals and medical centres in Greece, USA, UK and Switzerland.

With a PhD degree in Life Sciences in her possession she is the author of various scientific articles, has participated in several clinical studies and has given several lectures. Passionate about her profession, she is focusing her care emphasis to people-centred health care.

Dr. Papathanasiou provides comprehensive medical care to patients from Switzerland and abroad having a significant experience with international patients.
